Bill has more than 25 years experience in guiding clients toward their goals, having begun his investment career in 1993 with Waddell & Reed in Portland, Oregon. He moved to Medford in 1995 and joined the Medford branch of Smith Barney later that year. In 2000, Bill, Allan Wright and three other financial advisors formed The Wright Financial Group. In 2009, the Wright Financial Group moved their practice to D.A. Davidson.
Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has done coursework to gain the skills and knowledge needed to design a long-term financial plan unique to each client based on their specific objectives, priorities and attitudes and he follows strict code of ethics. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA degree in Political Science.
An active community member, he has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, is past chairman of the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County’s Education Action Team, a member of the Chamber Legislative Action Team and a member of the Jackson County Mental Health Court Advisory Board.
Bill and his wife, Michelle, enjoy skiing, hiking and traveling. They have recently become "empty nesters" and greatly enjoy the family homecomings.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Dave focuses on coaching clients to clarify their goals and pursue long-term strategies for reaching them. He also serves as a portfolio manager for the team's discretionary investment strategies. He has been a financial advisor since 2005 and holds an MBA in finance from Marylhurst University. He completed his undergraduate degree in English and history at Simpson University.
Raised near Yreka, CA, Dave has lived in the Rogue Valley since 1997 and is an active member of the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council, of which he is a past president. He formerly served on the boards of the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County, Providence Community Health Foundation, Southern Oregon Sports Commission, Simpson University, Pacific Bible College and the Jackson County Library Foundation. Dave and his wife, Erin, have three children. He enjoys tennis, cycling, soccer, running and a host of other outdoor activities.

Diane brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry and currently serves as an Associate Financial Advisor for the team.
Diane holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation as well as the Series 7 and 66 licenses. She focuses on client strategy sessions and financial planning while also serving as the lead contact for retirement plan sponsoring employers and participant employees.
Diane and her husband, Barry, are both natives of the Rogue Valley. They reside in Central Point with their daughter. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening and reading.

Amanda has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. She serves two Medford teams and uses her wide base of knowledge and experience to deliver stellar client service. She enjoys building and maintaining procedures that ensure every client receives top-quality attention.
She is a Medford native with a passion for dogs, especially her own terrier, Stella. Her hobbies include gardening, traveling, spending time with her family and watching movies.

Stacy joined D.A. Davidson in 2016 and immediately put her experience in operations and client service to good use. She previously worked for Jackson County Health and Human Services and Printpal in Medford after starting her career in the travel industry. Building client relationships is her top priority and it shows in the service she provides.
Stacy is a Rogue Valley native and is a graduate of Crater High School. She and her husband have two children and just welcomed their first grandchild. In her spare time, she works out, reads, listens to music and spends time with her family. She enjoys summer, swimming, rafting and the outdoors.
